Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management.
• Check and monitor vital signs as needed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Education:
  
  High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience:
  
  Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
