The Intensive Community Transition Services (ICTS) Analyst is the recognized resource for the development, analysis, and maintenance of data necessary to meet the requirements of policy reporting. This position will analyze data to determine knowledge and performance gaps and develop and coordinate communications to address needs identified with a data driven approach. The analyst prepares required reports of the ICTS services in preparation for annual and quarterly reporting and provides technical guidance to ICTS Providers.
This position will identify and propose system and operational changes in the areas of community support, health care services, and implementation to enhance services and resources for the public mental health system in Michigan. The ICTS Analyst will work closely with the Behavioral Health Specialist.
- Analyze data to determine knowledge and performance gaps and develop communications to address identified needs with a data-driven approach.
- Prepare required ICTS reports for annual and quarterly reporting and provide technical guidance to ICTS Providers.
- Identify and propose system and operational changes in community support, health care services, and implementation to enhance services and resources for the public mental health system in Michigan.
- Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Specialist as needed.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Departmental Analyst 12 – Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service.
- Departmental Analyst 9 – 12 – Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement.

The physical location of this position is 400 S Pine St, Lansing MI. Based on operational needs and within established limits, remote work and alternate or hybrid work schedule requests for this position may be considered. Selected candidates who have been approved to work remotely or a hybrid schedule must complete that work within Michigan. Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview.

- Employees will be provided computers to perform state work. Phones may also be provided for necessary communications. If working remotely, employees will be responsible for providing other components of a remote office at their own expense, including:
- A secure work location that allows privacy and prevents distractions.
- A high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- Suitable lighting, furniture, and utilities.
This position requires successful completion of a background investigation and a criminal records check.
