Mental Health Assessment Specialist; Part-Time, Remote – Radley Health, Cincinnati, OH

Job Description

The Mental Health Assessment Specialist conducts comprehensive mental health assessments via telephone for individuals receiving peer support services. This role supports appropriate service matching, care coordination, and referrals within a recovery-oriented, Medicaid-funded system of care, while maintaining clear boundaries between clinical and peer support roles.

• Active Ohio licensure as an independently credentialed mental health professional (e.g., LISW/LISW-S, LPCC/LPCC-S, Licensed Psychologist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner)
• Eligibility to provide services to Ohio Medicaid members
• Experience conducting mental health assessments, intakes, or diagnostic evaluations
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess risk remotely
• Ability to deliver services effectively by phone
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
