Daily responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, creating tailored treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and applying evidence‑based therapeutic techniques.
Collaboration with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and participation in supervision as required for licensure will also be key responsibilities.
- Strong clinical skills in individual counseling, group counseling, and couples therapy
- Proficiency in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans

- Experience with trauma‑informed care and evidence‑based therapeutic approaches
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field
