• Oversee Regional and Operational Managers to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective healthcare evaluation services
• Lead teams to achieve operational, quality, performance, and financial objectives across assigned locations
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and data-driven decision-making
• Foster innovation and apply structured problem-solving approaches within the team
• Manage operational budgets and analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Healthcare, Business, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing multiple teams and departments
• Recent Project Management experience required
• Ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation and any contractually required clearances
• Project management certification preferred (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar)

• Master’s degree from an accredited college in Healthcare, Business, Science, or a related discipline
