• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems
• Educate and train medical personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and navigation products
• Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's cardiac solutions products
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training
• Serve as a regional champion, influencing others to become proficient in mapping technology

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Capability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day and interact with computers

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
