Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

X and Low T Centers is seeking a part-time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the State of Illinois. Must be licensed in Illinois with active DEA in Illinois as well. This is a fully remote position. Patients will be seen in Central Standard Time zone.

• Treat patients remotely via telemedicine in Illinois, delivering care in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and weight management programs.
• Provide quality patient care and maintain sound medical decision making through Telehealth, with the ability to connect with patients and build strong patient relationships.
• Work three days per week, with Friday required.

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Current Illinois FNP or PA state license in good standing with Illinois listed as the primary taxonomy on your NPI number.
• Active Illinois DEA license.
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
• Current experience delivering Telehealth and ability to connect with patients via Telehealth with quality patient relationship skills.

Remote training for 7 days.
