About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to deliver community-based services across a diverse caseload. You will work with clients under the NDIS
, private sector, and the NSW Motor Accident and Workers Compensation schemes
. This role is ideal for a therapist who thrives in an autonomous yet collaborative environment and is passionate about enabling people to live independently and meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver client-centred occupational therapy in home and community settings
  • Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and therapy interventions
  • Provide high-quality independent assessments and reports
  • Assess, prescribe, and script assistive technology and home modifications
  • Liaise with families, support coordinators, case managers, and other stakeholders
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence
  • Identify and improve areas of service delivery

What We’re Looking For
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally with exposure to NDIS or insurance schemes
  • Demonstrated experience in inpatient, community or private practice settings"
  • Strong communication, report‑writing, and clinical reasoning skills
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Commitment to ethical practice, client‑centred care, and continuous improvement
