• Provide home-based child and family treatment with a manageable caseload of ~6 clients.
• Participate in regular supervision and maintain flexible scheduling.
• Engage in agency-paid training, including certification in evidence-based practices such as TF-CBT, PCIT, or MATCH.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote resilience and positive outcomes for families.

• Master's degree and full or provisional licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LMFT).
• Prior experience in community services, family counseling, or crisis management is preferred.
