This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Professional based in Minneapolis, MN, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves providing individual and group therapy, managing client cases, offering crisis intervention support, and creating treatment plans tailored to clients' needs. The Mental Health Professional will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, conduct client assessments, and maintain accurate and confidential records to ensure high-quality care.

• Experience in Mental Health Care and Psychology
• Proficiency in Case Management and Mental Health support
• Skills in Crisis Intervention and working with diverse client populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Minimum Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LP in Minnesota
• Demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed practices and ethical care
• Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation standards
