SummaryWe are seeking a clerical professional to join our fast-paced neurosurgical office to support and work closely with our surgeons and advanced practice practitioners. This role will involve managing provider meetings, patient appointments, and maintaining strong relationships with other departments and offices to ensure a seamless workflow. After successful completion of training, remote work may be possible. The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice.
Neurosurgery | Maine Health
Responsibilities- Monday-Friday 40 hours per week
- Typical schedule 8AM-4:30PM
- Onsite in Scarborough for 6 months; then potential for hybrid flexibility
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Certifications:

Six months of medical office experience required.
