The role leverages in-person and telehealth care, enabling a hybrid clinician schedule to collaborate with the team in the clinic and work from home.
We offer opportunities to provide supervision to pre-licensed clinicians, centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, and more so you can focus on helping clients.
Flexible work from home options available. Compensation: $70,000.00 - $ per year.

Company Structure:
Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business focused on changing how we treat mental health, with flexibility and responsiveness to the community’s needs.
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- For Full-Time status clinicians, maintain a caseload and see a minimum of 27 clients per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure
- Candidates should have clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC)
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
