Bank Care Team Leader

Care Team Leader
As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of residents with compassion and commitment, working with a team to ensure residents are comfortable in their home and supporting Care Assistants in their development.
- We work as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
- Provide high-quality personalised care aligned with individual care plans
- Facilitate leisure and social activities
- Be kind and supportive to residents, families and colleagues
- Teamwork and a positive attitude
- Experience in care is essential; NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable
- Strong communication and a flexible approach
- Kind nature with genuine care for older people, with respect and dignity
