We are intentionally expanding services in Texas and are seeking a Texas-based BCBA to support an initial insurance-referred caseload and assist with thoughtful, paced growth in the state. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values structure, clarity, and ethical practice and who prefers a supportive environment without pressure to immediately take on a large caseload.

Position Overview

The BCBA will provide clinical oversight and ABA services in accordance with BACB standards, insurance requirements, and company policies. The position begins with a client-specific caseload, with opportunities for additional hours and growth as services expand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and parent training as required
  • Ensure treatment integrity and ethical service delivery
  • Complete documentation in alignment with payer and company standards
  • Collaborate with families, team members, and clinical leadership
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Texas
  • Experience with insurance-funded ABA services preferred
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership
  • Commitment to ethical, family-centered care
Compensation & Support

W-2 hourly rate: $45–$60 per hour

Salary based on experience, licensure status, and scope of responsibilities. Flexible, part-time schedule. Low caseload expectations.

  • Administrative and billing support
  • Clear clinical systems, SOPs, and documentation standards
  • Supportive and accessible clinical leadership
  • Opportunity to grow with the organization as Texas services expand
Why This Role May Be a Good Fit
  • No pressure to carry a full caseload immediately
  • Clear scope and expectations from the start
  • Intentional, sustainable growth model
  • Emphasis on quality, ethics, and transparency
  • Ideal for BCBAs seeking balance, structure, and long-term alignment

Flexible work from home options available.
