We are intentionally expanding services in Texas and are seeking a Texas-based BCBA to support an initial insurance-referred caseload and assist with thoughtful, paced growth in the state. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values structure, clarity, and ethical practice and who prefers a supportive environment without pressure to immediately take on a large caseload.
Position OverviewThe BCBA will provide clinical oversight and ABA services in accordance with BACB standards, insurance requirements, and company policies. The position begins with a client-specific caseload, with opportunities for additional hours and growth as services expand.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and parent training as required
- Ensure treatment integrity and ethical service delivery
- Complete documentation in alignment with payer and company standards
- Collaborate with families, team members, and clinical leadership
- Active BCBA certification
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Texas
- Experience with insurance-funded ABA services preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered care
W-2 hourly rate: $45–$60 per hour
Salary based on experience, licensure status, and scope of responsibilities. Flexible, part-time schedule. Low caseload expectations.
