As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of residents with compassion and commitment, working with a team to ensure residents are comfortable in their home and supporting Care Assistants in their development.

• We work as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
• Provide high-quality personalised care aligned with individual care plans
• Facilitate leisure and social activities
• Be kind and supportive to residents, families and colleagues

• Teamwork and a positive attitude
• Experience in care is essential; NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable
• Strong communication and a flexible approach
• Kind nature with genuine care for older people, with respect and dignity
