Overview
Pay Range: $85,000 to $120,000 per year (DOE)
Bonus Opportunity: $3,000 to $15,000 per year (earned quarterly)
Travel: Up to 25% (preferred)

Position SummaryWe are currently seeking motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This role focuses on providing quality ABA supervision, clinical oversight, parent collaboration, and staff mentorship to ensure exceptional outcomes for clients and families.
This is a full-time role with flexibility depending on location and willingness to travel. Fresno offers both clinic-based and in-home BCBA opportunities.

BCBA ResponsibilitiesAs a BCBA, you will:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans and ABA programming
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing reassessments
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and guide treatment updates
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, Student Analysts, and BCaBAs in alignment with BACB standards and Go Behavioral values
- Provide caregiver coaching and participate in meetings (IEPs, ISPs, support plans) as needed
- Ensure clinical documentation is completed accurately and on time
- BCBA session note signatures within 24 hours
- Complete reports, updates, and graphs using Go Behavioral templates and protocol checklists
- Support staff development and participation in training programs (including Safety Care training support)
- Upload plans, updates, graphs, and required documentation to the appropriate systems within required payor time frames
- Communicate consistently with Regional Coordinator regarding client availability, service barriers, and operational needs
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Contribute to a positive culture by demonstrating professionalism, communication, delegation, and team leadership
Required:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education
, or related field - Current BCBA certification
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to independently manage caseload responsibilities
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA services
Preferred:
- 2+ years BCBA experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience developing and implementing behavior plans
- Willingness to travel within region
