Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home-based and community-setting services.
We are looking for a compassionate and independent Personal Support Worker (PSW) that can provide excellent and empathetic care to our clients in the community. Our PSWs will be working under the supervision of our Client Services Supervisor and with our team of healthcare providers. This is a Full Time position

Newly registered PSWs;
Nursing students with at least 1 year of completed education and/or internationally trained Nurses who are waiting for their CNO registration are welcome to apply!

A Personal Support Worker or Equivalent Certificate from a recognized institutionOutstanding focus on client safety and ability to develop respectful working relationships with clients and families to meet their care needsExemplary skills in delivering high-quality customer experiencesA proven track record of being accountable for multiple deliverables, reporting, and high-quality performanceExperience in independent problem solving and recognizing when support from peers and supervisors is neededAccess to a reliable vehicle and Canadian Drivers license is a must
