• Enter and verify data from various questionnaires, testing scores, and chemistry labs into databases
• Confirm cognitive test score calculations from study visits by Clinical Core study coordinators
• Scan, file, and organize Clinical Core study visit paperwork in appropriate databases
• Resolve data entry discrepancies and maintain data integrity through quality checks
• Assist with special projects and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Must be a UW-Madison student (undergraduate or graduate) with ongoing enrollment
• Graduation date of May 2027 or later
• Interest in data management and clinical research, particularly related to Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge, with experience in databases and programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL preferred

• Experience with data management, data entry, and utilizing spreadsheets (e.g., Excel)
• Familiarity with REDCap and programming languages
• Ability to commit for a minimum of four semesters, with increased availability during summer months
