We are looking for a proactive and passionate Operations Manager to lead multiple LCS programmes across the East Midlands and Lincolnshire, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence and outstanding patient care.

What You ll Do

• Lead and manage LCS programmes across multiple locations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, subcontractors and internal partners
• Ensure programmes consistently meet and exceed performance and quality standards
• Monitor and report on programme performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to policy development, planning and wider strategic delivery
