- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 or more years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required.
- Epic certification or third‑party application certification in specified areas required.
- Expert understanding of electronic health records (EHR) systems, healthcare workflows, and clinical processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of Agile development practices.
