Position: Patient Access Representative - Remote (Must Live in WA or ID)
Kaiser Permanente - [Medical Records Clerk] As a Patient Access Representative at Kaiser Permanente, you'll:
Perform general patient access and registration duties, such as, answer telephones, make appointments, process referrals, maintain provider templates and appointment schedules, verify patient demographics and insurance coverage;
Perform general patient account management duties;
Ensure patient accounts and coverage structures meet standards and billing requirements;
Work directly with patients on billing related matters.
