Behavior Technician / RBT (Afternoons, Evenings & Weekends) – PART TIME – SIGN-ON BONUS!
Location: In-home sessions (home-based services)
Status: Part-time with potential to grow into full-time
Schedule: Afternoons, evenings, and weekends required
Mileage Reimbursement: Included
Training: All training provided – no experience necessary!

- Evening/weekend shift differential: +$1.50/hr after 3:00 PM or on weekends.

- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Help clients build communication, daily living, and social skills.
- Record data and monitor progress toward goals.

- High school diploma or equivalent (transcripts required).
- Reliable transportation (for travel to client homes –
mileage reimbursed
). - Evening and weekend availability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must complete onboarding and credentialing documentation, including:
- Resume
- Negative TB test
- State credentialing documents
