What We Are Looking For- Fully licensed in Illinois — provisionally licensed candidates will be considered with at least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience
- Warm and relatable – able to build genuine, trusting relationships with clients
- Client-centered – honors each individual’s story, pace, and goals
- Flexible and self-motivated – comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Collaborative – enjoys being part of a supportive, team-oriented practice
- Creative and open-minded – brings curiosity and adaptability to their work
- Growth-oriented – values supervision, feedback, and ongoing professional development
- Culturally responsive – committed to inclusive, affirming care for diverse clients
- Ethical and professional – maintains strong clinical boundaries and documentation
- Passionate about making therapy approachable – helps clients feel safe, seen, and supported
- Comfortable with telehealth – able to create connection and presence virtually
