Salary: $17.75/hour (minimum) to $32.31/hour (maximum)

- Strong technical skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research (health-related preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), or dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) is an asset
- Studies specializing in medicine, health sciences, public health or computer science
- Assisting in the development of Theories of Change and Performance Measurement Frameworks
- Identifying and tracking outcome metrics
- Exploring opportunities for common metrics across strategic issues and business units
- Conducting literature reviews and crafting research questions
- Performing quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
- Supporting insights and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meltwater) and integrating them into performance frameworks

The posted range of pay rates is a guideline for this position. Actual pay will depend on your year or level of study and whether you’ve previously worked in a student role with CMA. If you move forward in the process, you’ll have the chance to discuss your candidacy and specific skills with a recruiter and to address any questions you may have.
The CMA and the CMA Group of Companies (CMA Foundation and CMA Impact) has hybrid as well as remote workers across Quebec and Ontario. The Enterprise works in partnership with stakeholders and counterparts nationally across Canada. Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English.
Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role.
