£111,430 - £148,064 per annum pro rata. Applications are invited for a Consultant Radiologist to join the team based at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness on a 7PA basis per week. Some home working will also be available. Out of hours CT is entirely provided by teleradiology and there is currently no on-call commitment.

ResponsibilitiesPosts are to support the general radiology needs for the department. A wide range of specialist activities are provided within NHS Highland and specialist interests are encouraged. Interests in MSK, breast, cardiothoracic and paediatric imaging would be especially welcome; however, other existing specialist interests will be considered. You will be working alongside dynamic and supportive clinical colleagues in radiology, nursing and a range of medical and surgical specialties.
The hospitals in the Highlands are pleasant and friendly places to work. The Scottish Highlands offer an environment suitable for outdoor pursuits. Inverness is the Highland capital with opportunities for culture and recreation. Local schooling is of a high quality, and Gaelic Medium education is available.
Qualifications and requirementsApplicants must be on the General Medical Council Specialist Register with a Licence to Practise, working towards CESR.
