Job overview
We are looking to appoint a well organised X-Ray Admin Coordinator to help provide a professional, efficient and high quality support for the X-Ray department.
You will be based in the X-Ray area and will line manage a team. Main responsibilities will be to organise and prioritise within the X-Ray administration office as well as our Saffron Walden site. This entails booking patients in line with pathway targets, to ensure X-Ray capacity is fully utilised and to provide training and development for the team.
The ability to prioritise effectively is essential. X-Ray is a very busy department and successful candidate must be able to remain calm and focused under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
This role requires going to our Saffron Walden location occasionally.
Main duties of the jobTo support the management of a professional administration and reception service to X-Ray and to all of its users including patients, relatives and colleagues.

Due to Home Office immigration rules, a full time permanent vacancy cannot be filled by individuals on a Student visa. Therefore, please be advised that if you are a Student visa holder, we will not be able to offer you a full time permanent contract unless you have:
- applied for a Graduate visa
- or you will have successfully completed your course and have applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date of your employment
- or the Trust has agreed that they will Sponsor you as a Skilled Worker and you will complete your studies within 3 months of the anticipated start date of employment
