What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Lead Generation Specialist team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze data insights to prioritize pipeline leads and drive business impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless operations
- Provide regular feedback to team members to enhance performance and achieve outstanding results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment
- Strong background in sales and call center operations
- Exceptional customer service skills, preferably in a medical or health-related environment
- Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes
- Ability to provide remote support in a regulated environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment

- Experience with contact center metrics and workforce management
- Familiarity with service quality management and knowledge management practices
