We have two salary options to choose from. Range posted is based on licensure, years of experience, and option chosen.
Position is located in Falmouth, ME.

Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. ThePosition:
As a Child and Adolescent Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. You will own your client portfolio and optimally manage your hours with support from the executive clinic director.
Responsibilities:- Clinical documentation:
- Intake paperwork for services including biopsychosocial assessments, assessment for medical necessity, provide/clarify diagnosis, and create and implement initial treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation in a timely manner including annual assessments, re-assessment of diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, insurance reviews, collateral contacts, progress notes, and other documentation as appropriate according to company policy/protocol and client needs.
- Provide excellent clinical services for clients through the use of creativity and innovative therapy tools to help them and their families achieve and exceed their goals.
- Coordinate services/referrals and collaborate with families and professional supports including work personnel, medical/med management personnel, case managers, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Collaborate with a dynamic and passionate team to further the mission of filling the gaps in our community.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings, administrative meetings, individual supervision, and trainings.
- Maintain an unrestricted active clinical license for practice. Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week to be considered full-time status and receive benefits. The schedule is flexible and based on your availability!

Qualifications and Skills:
- Have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral health sciences from an accredited college or university.
- Have a Maine-issued unrestricted full or conditional clinical license to practice (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Conditional etc).
- Focus of clinical work is with children and adolescents with flexibility to see people through young adulthood (ages 5-30). Ability to work with families/guardians as part of treatment and conduct family therapy and parenting support.
