Clinical Budget Analyst - Remote

• Develop clinical trial budgets based on cost and charge information, providing detailed counteroffers to sponsors
• Negotiate budgets with sponsors and CROs to achieve favorable results while maintaining business relationships
• Communicate budget statuses effectively to executive management
• Collaborate with clinical staff and management to clarify protocol specifics and budget-related nuances
• Attend protocol and budget review meetings to share and gather relevant information

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience with basic financial principles, Excel, and data management tools (e.g., CTMS)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in budget negotiation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and SUMIF
• Familiarity with clinical research and/or medical terminology

• Functional knowledge of clinical trials
• Strong analytical decision-making skills
• Project management capabilities
• Excellent negotiation and professional communication skills
