Member Services Specialist

Providing customer support, education, and influence to our Pharmacy members

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) experience required.

Pay: $22–$24/hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (with a one-hour lunch)

Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home)

Travel: Occasional team meetings and trainings (1-2x a year maximum)

Compliant Pharmacy Alliance Cooperative, based in Wisconsin, is currently seeking an experienced customer service professional who has a passion for helping independent businesses thrive. This role will partner with our member pharmacies to troubleshoot questions and issues, educate them on programs and processes, and research solutions that save them time and money. You’ll be the trusted resource that helps our members succeed—because when they succeed, we all succeed.

• Partner with pharmacy members to resolve questions and issues quickly and professionally.
• Educate members on how our programs and tools can help them grow and succeed in the ever-changing market.
• Research policies, regulations, and contracts to provide accurate answers and proactive solutions.
• Communicate through phone, email, chat, and website inquiries.
• Document interactions in our CRM and collaborate with the team to improve processes.

• 2–3 years of customer service experience in an office environment similar to a healthcare or insurance setting.
• Associate degree or higher preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to learn and retain information across a wide range of topics.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
