Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and complete pre‑payment quality assurance and post‑payment verification for claims.
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer service and technical issues related to claims, payments, and adjustments.
  • Monitor quality assurance reports prior to claim release and coordinate post‑payment verification.
  • Identify and report potential errors, risks, or fraud in claim submissions.
  • Prepare reports on claims activity and business information needs.
  • Maintain and monitor grant recovery activities including tracking, follow‑ups, and reporting.
  • Draft and issue repayment requests and elevate complex issues as required.
  • Support information system improvements, testing scripts, and coordination of testing activities.
  • Provide input to policy, training, and communication materials.
  • Supervise, train, and support claim payment coordinators when assigned.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external childcare providers.
Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Required Experience
  • Experience using advanced Excel tools and functions including pivot tables and lookup functions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working in a team environment and managing workloads.
  • Experience in roles requiring strong analytical and organizational skills.
