Job Description

We are looking for a Functional Lead – Medical Affairs to lead Medical Affairs solutions within Veeva Vault and enable compliant medical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Vault Medical implementations and enhancements
- Configure Medical Inquiry, Medical Content, Events, and workflows
- Support MSL, Medical Information, and Scientific Communications teams
- Ensure compliance with medical, promotional, and non-promotional regulations
- Facilitate business process alignment across medical functions
- Drive UAT, training, and adoption strategies
- Act as primary functional escalation point

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of Veeva Vault Medical experience
- Veeva Vault Medical certification(s) (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Medical Affairs operations and compliance
- Experience supporting MSL and Medical Information teams
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills

Certifications a Plus:

- Veeva Vault Medical (Med Comms, Promo Mats, Medical Inquiry, Events)
