GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is continuously growing our Cancer Registry Team and building a network of experienced Certified Oncology Data Specialists (CTR) for upcoming project and staffing needs.

• Case Ascertainment:
  Identify all reportable cases through review of source documents and case listings.
• Abstracting & Analysis:
  Code and abstract newly diagnosed cancer cases in line with facility procedures and accreditation standards.
• Data Quality:
  Ensure accuracy of diagnostic and treatment data to support high‑quality registry outcomes.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with registry team members to support compliance, research, and program development initiatives.

• Certification:
  Active ODS-C / CTR (NCRA certified and in good standing).
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of cancer registry / oncology data abstraction experience (California experience preferred).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Experience with CNExT strongly preferred.
• Nice to Have:
  • CoC and/or NAPBC accreditation experience
  • State/FCDS Abstractor Code
  • VA facility experience
• Location:
  
  Must be based in the U.S.
