• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Virginia SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Preferred:
  At least 2 years of experience in a school-based setting

• Full-time or part-time roles available
• 1099 independent contractor
• Caseloads tailored to your availability
• Contract runs through the remainder of the current school year
• Option for renewal based on performance and district needs

• Conduct virtual assessments and create individualized therapy plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based teletherapy focused on articulation, fluency, and language development
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families via video conferencing to support each student's progress
• Monitor and document progress, adapt therapy approaches as needed, and participate in virtual IEP meetings

• Brief screening call (1015 minutes) with a Voco Vision recruiter
• Technology check (15 minutes) to ensure youre ready for virtual work
• Virtual interview (2030 minutes) with the school district
• Offers typically extended within 2448 hours following the final interview
