About Skin VisionSkin cancer cases are growing at an alarming rate globally. In fact, 1 in 5 people will get skin cancer, but only 3% of the high-risk population is known to the health authorities. At Skin Vision, we are on a mission to save the lives of 250,000 people in the next ten years by revolutionizing skin care management. Our technology allows users to take ownership of their skin health, recognizing (early) signs of skin cancer from anywhere, at any time, by combining the recommendations of AI and dermatologists.
ProgramManager at Skin Vision
As a Program Manager in the Medical Operations team, you work at the heart of the Skin Vision service, where advanced AI technology is combined with the expertise of dermatologists. This role drives the end-to-end performance of all processes related to our dermatologist panel. This team of dermatologists supports daily review and analysis of skin checks and is a key part of our day-to-day operations.
You will analyze our medical and operational performance to make data-driven decisions on required improvements
, and drive cross-functional projects to implement service and process changes. For this, you will collaborate closely with our dermatologists and cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data analysts, IT developers and regulatory team members.
- Drive medical performance (sensitivity, specificity) of the Skin Vision service, focused on all processes related to the dermatologist panel
- Support on day-to-day dermatologist panel operations, focused on improving operational performance (time-to-recommendation, throughput, capacity utilisation)
- Identify, prioritise, and lead medical operations improvement projects, such as changes to medical protocols, workflows and panel set-up
- Provide medical governance & vigilance oversight, to ensure safety of our service within regulatory standards
We are looking for a data-driven operations professional who thrives at the intersection of healthcare, analytics, and complex service delivery.
- Based in the Netherlands, in close proximity to Amsterdam
- An MSc degree in business analytics, health economics, or a related quantitative field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, consulting, analytics, or program/project management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving clinical, technical, and regulatory stakeholders, without direct line management authority
- Analytical mindset, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable decisions, prioritization and process changes
- Comfort working in or alongside regulated healthcare environments, with an understanding of clinical quality, safety, and compliance considerations
- Experience with health outcomes analysis, diagnostic performance (e.g. sensitivity/specificity), real-world evidence, or health economics (nice-to-have)
- 3 office days per week with a healthy lunch and 2 days of working from home.
