We are offering a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse position within our dynamic Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) unit - a progressive service designed to transform patient care.
SDEC is a modern care model that ensures patients with acute medical needs received diagnosis, treatment, and a clear plan - all on the same day. This approach:

Experience- Experience working in an Acute setting.
- Experience in Urgent & Emergency Care
- Previous experience of Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse role
- Ability to work flexibly
- Good communication skills with clear written and oral skills.
- Shows knowledge of Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse role
- 1st level Registered Nurse
- Evidence of personal and professional development.
- Degree level study or the willingness to undertake
