Lead the identification, assessment, and activation of unmet needs within U.S. health systems across obesity, cardiometabolic disease, chronic kidney disease (CKD), and liver disease. This role translates system‑level insights into scalable, evidence‑based solutions that improve patient access, care coordination, and clinical decision‑making while supporting sustainable business growth. This is a remote position.

This position offers a base salary typically between $200,000 and $316,000. The position may be eligible for a role‑specific variable or performance‑based bonus and/or other compensation elements.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Evaluate structural, clinical, and operational gaps across U.S. health systems that limit guideline‑aligned care
  • Analyze reimbursement, value‑based care, and population health trends to inform solution design and partnerships
  • Build and sustain strategic health‑system partnerships to co‑create scalable and integrated solutions. Leverage health‑system data and real‑world evidence (RWE) to identify diagnostic and treatment barriers
  • Translate gaps into integrated solutions, pilot programs, and collaborative initiatives/partnerships.
  • Provide external scientific leadership through engagement with professional societies and expert networks
  • Establish a consistent framework to ensure differentiated external engagement with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Lead end‑to‑end development of health‑system solutions from insight through implementation
  • Define pull‑through strategies aligned with reimbursement, workflows, and performance metrics
  • Partner internally (especially with medicine and V&A) to ensure education, tools, and enablement support adoption
  • Establish success metrics and feedback loops to refine and scale solutions
  • Develop robust business cases articulating disease burden, operational challenges, and system impact. Support implementation including onboarding, training, workflow redesign, and evaluation
  • Establish governance, documentation, and reporting structures to track outcomes
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Medical, Market Access, Commercial, Legal/Compliance, and Data teams
  • Foster and maintain trusted relationships with clinicians, payers, administrators, professional societies, and advocacy groups
  • Represent the organization at U.S. conferences and health‑system innovation forums and other external engagements
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, Health Administration, or related field required
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare, including health‑system environments
  • Demonstrated experience working with U.S. health systems, payers or integrated delivery networks
  • Relevant license or advanced certification (e.g. RN, CDCES, or equivalent)
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. health‑system structures and reimbursement pathways
  • Proven ability to translate complex challenges into scalable solutions
  • Experience with RWE, quality metrics, and value‑based care indicators
  • Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and partnership‑building skills
  • Experience in building and sustaining senior‑level partnerships with clinical, payer and external stakeholder groups through influence, collaboration and strategic alignment
  • Experience working cross functionally to advance initiatives from concept through execution while navigating governance, compliance and operational constraints
  • High level of strategic judgment, independence and executive communication skills
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis.
