• Up to date knowledge of relevant conditions and their therapeutic applications
• Ability to use own initiative
• Understanding the dynamics of a group
• Supervisory skills

• NVQ Level III in Care "Diagnostic and Therapeutic Support" award (or equivalent qualification)
• Substantial experience as a therapy assistant

• Counselling skills
• Teaching in a group setting
• Hydrotherapy course

• Substantial experience as a therapy assistant
• Evidence of CPD/IST

• Able to work flexibly including weekends
• Ability to travel between hospital sites
