An opportunity has arisen to provide the Chief Pharmacist and Associate Director for Medicines Management and the Deputy Chief Pharmacist with an efficient effective, administrative, secretarial and organisational support service.

This role is part time, 30 hours per week.

This role will involve remote working/hybrid working however there will be a requirement to work from the office on certain days.

Shortlisting for this vacancy is due to commence on 21/01/2026 and the proposed interview date is 04/02/2026. We are looking for a proactive, highly competent and resilient individual to work within our dynamic team to ensure we have effective administrative, secretarial and organisational support to the pharmacy leadership team.

The successful candidate will have good knowledge of the NHS, excellent administrative and organisational skills including minute taking, diary management, advanced IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ideally Share Point; attention to detail; the ability to work on your own initiative, independently and as a team player.

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.
