Speech Pathologist
Progressive Rehabilitation Associates, LLC is seeking a relief Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative and experienced multidisciplinary team at University of Iowa Home Health Care. This position involves the evaluation and treatment of adult patients in their homes for a variety of speech, language, swallowing, voice, and cognitive disorders.
This as-needed (PRN) opportunity is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a home health environment while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.
Responsibilities- Perform skilled speech-language pathology evaluations and treatments in patients’ homes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Iowa license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Prior home health experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
