Correct Health is a multi-disciplinary medical organization that provides high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive healthcare inside the walls of correctional facilities. The foundation of our company was established by a group of talented ER professionals. Brick by brick, we have been building our company from the ground up. In doing so, we have developed the right way - the "Correct Way" as we like to call it - of providing correctional healthcare.
Currently, Correct Health provides high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive healthcare services inside the walls of more than 40 correctional facilities throughout Georgia and Louisiana.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for managing programs related to education, site accreditation, CQI, site transition, and other areas within the Clinical Services Department. Duties are operationally directed with an emphasis on appropriate resource utilization and performance standards as established by NCCHC, ACA and other accrediting bodies. Provides staffing coverage as needed.
This position is a travel-based position that will fill in at our various facilities within their designated territory in Georgia.
Travel throughout the state of GA is required. This position is a full time role based in Georgia . Position includes both onsite and some remote work days.
Job Qualifications:Holds and maintains a current license to practice as a RN in the state of employment. BSN preferred. 3-5 years RN experience required, 3-5 years of management experience preferred. American Heart Association BLS required. Must possess knowledge required to develop and implement continuous quality improvement programs and provide leadership and direction for accreditation purposes. Working knowledge of the NCCHC, ACA, and state standards of health care in the correctional environment preferred.
Strong communication, training, and leadership skills required.
