Occupational Therapist; OT

Position Summary

Summit Home Health Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in home-based or group home settings. Summit’s growing DDD department has immediate part‑time job positions available.

• Licensed or eligible for New Jersey state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities
• Professionalism, trustworthiness, accuracy, and dependability are essential
• Passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence‑based care
• All new hires, including new graduates, will be supported and mentored

$75 an hour
