Compliance Program Manager; Government-Managed Healthcare Regulations

• Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory and contractual requirements affecting the employer's business lines
• Monitor and maintain a repository of regulatory requirements, summarizing key updates for leadership
• Collaborate with internal departments to implement new contract requirements
• Respond to client and regulatory audits, including managing corrective action plans
• Oversee the employer's annual risk assessment, compliance work plan, and testing program

• Bachelor's degree required, with relevant industry certifications or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HIPAA privacy compliance experience
• Minimum of 7 years in progressive regulatory compliance roles, preferably in government-managed or regulated healthcare
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel skills

• Experience compiling, analyzing, and organizing regulatory data
• Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
