Mental Health, Clinical Social Worker
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFTs) to join our fully remote clinical team serving clients across California.

This is a full-time outpatient role providing high-quality behavioral health services to a diverse California client population.

- Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed approaches).
- Conduct psychosocial assessments at intake, annually, and as clinically indicated.
- Formulate accurate mental health diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Review and update treatment plans in alignment with client goals and clinical progress.
- Provide crisis intervention services when clinically necessary.
- Manage an independent outpatient caseload with mild to moderate acuity.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the EMR.
- Identify psychosocial barriers impacting treatment engagement and outcomes.
- Coordinate care with internal clinical staff and external providers as appropriate.
- Refer clients to community resources and supportive services.
- Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical discussions.
- Prepare concise clinical summaries emphasizing psychosocial and systemic factors.
- Apply clinical social work or family systems frameworks in assessment and treatment.
- Participate in ongoing clinical oversight, peer consultation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Integrate feedback, best practices, and continuing education into clinical work.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned to support clinical operations.
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health or community mental health settings.
- Familiarity with Medi-Cal populations and California documentation standards.
- Prior experience working in a collaborative, team-based clinical environment.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT).
- Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW or LMFT).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Microsoft Teams (required).
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with strong time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and collaborative clinical practice.

Pay Range: $170,000–$210,000 (per diem basis; annualized estimate)
