Location: Ideally you will be based within travelling distance of Chichester although we will consider remote working with travel to head office as required
Contract: Full-time
Salary: Up to £80,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package
KT Healthcare are seeking an experienced ADHD Clinical Lead to join our growing neurodevelopmental service. This brand new role offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead high‑quality ADHD assessment, diagnostic and treatment services, support the development of clinical teams, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
As ADHD Clinical Lead, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership across our ADHD and wider neurodevelopmental services. You will play a central role in ensuring clinical excellence while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and supportive culture.
The RoleYou will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring services are delivered in line with best practice, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape the future direction of our services while remaining clinically involved in complex case management.
Key Responsibilities Clinical LeadershipProvide senior clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight to multidisciplinary teams delivering high‑quality ADHD assessments across the lifespan. You will also bring experience in autism assessments and be able to support clinicians across the wider neurodevelopmental service. This will include:
- Provide senior clinical guidance to assessors, prescribers, and relevant team members
- Participate in governance meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement
- Support supervision structures and quality assurance activity, in line with professional scope
Work collaboratively with senior leadership to design, develop, and implement innovative clinical pathways and service models that respond to patient need, regulatory requirements, and ongoing service growth. This will include building a strong, collaborative team across the organisation to ensure cohesive, effective service delivery.
Quality, Safety & Governance- Champion the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence‑based care at all times
- Provide input into and oversight of clinical governance frameworks across ADHD assessment and treatment pathways
- Maintain and continuously improve clinical standards, report quality, and documentation consistency
- Develop, review, and implement clinical templates, assessment processes, and SOPs for both assessment and prescribing ADHD pathways
- Provide senior clinical oversight for diagnostic reasoning, risk management, and safeguarding pathways
- Support and contribute to audit activity, including devising and reviewing documentation audits, outcomes review, patient feedback, and clinical risk monitoring
- Support readiness for CQC registration and inspections
- Ensure clinical governance processes align with CQC standards and evidence‑based requirements
- Contribute to the maintenance of governance logs (incidents, complaints, safeguarding) and ensure learning and actions are embedded
- Act as a senior clinical point of contact for compliance‑related clinical queries, working closely with operational colleagues
Provide expert clinical input into complex cases, supporting safe decision‑making and adherence to national guidance and professional standards.
Performance ManagementMonitor and support clinical performance, developing standards for clinical supervision, addressing challenges constructively while fostering a positive, accountable, and high‑performing clinical culture.
Clinical Service DeliveryDuring the growth phase of the service the role will include:
- Conducting ADHD assessments in line with NICE guidelines
- Delivering protocols for initial medication appointments and follow‑up reviews (for Non‑Medical Prescribers)
