• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiology mapping and navigation system
• Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping products and procedures
• Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping solutions
• Develop and cultivate relationships with customers to drive business growth
• Collaborate with sales teams to conduct training and identify sales opportunities

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and occasionally overnight

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record in technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or providing technical/clinical support in a hospital/clinic or medical sales environment
