, you will play a vital role in supporting infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) with developmental delays by providing comprehensive evaluations and delivering high-quality, individualized weekly therapy services in a nurturing, family-centered environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
Review collateral and intake information provided for each child.
Evaluate each child's ability to function and engage in everyday activities and routines using developmentally appropriate assessment tools.
Complete intake paperwork, evaluations, assessments, reports, and individualized treatment plans in collaboration with children and their families.
Care Planning & IFSP DevelopmentAssist in the development and ongoing implementation of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Align therapy goals and interventions with IFSP outcomes to support meaningful, family-centered progress.
Direct Service DeliverySchedule, plan, and conduct home-based visits with assigned families to carry out treatment plans and IFSP goals.
Provide therapeutic services in family homes and other natural community settings, as appropriate.
Maintain consistent communication with families and members of the interdisciplinary () team to ensure coordinated, high-quality services.
Partner with caregivers to provide education, coaching, and support tailored to each family's needs.
Documentation & CompliancePrepare, collect, and maintain accurate educational information files, case notes, records, and documentation, including information received from outside agencies.
Ensure all documentation meets program, regulatory, and agency requirements.
Resources & Community EngagementConduct research related to families' needs for services and provide relevant resources and educational information.
Travel throughout Imperial County to deliver services in family homes and other community locations.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
Knowledge, Skills, and Education
Current Occupational Therapy license issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT).
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Minimum of one (1) year of Occupational Therapy experience required.
Minimum of one (1) year of pediatric experience
, preferably serving children from birth to five (0–5) years of age.
Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire.
Must obtain criminal record clearance from the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Valid California Driver's License with a safe driving record and at least two (2) years of licensed driving experience

Must maintain current and adequate auto insurance

Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification if not currently certified (training provided for new hires).
Language & Technical SkillsAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English
.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Spanish preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook for documentation and communication.
Collaborative, team-oriented professional with strong oral and written communication skills
