• Participate in the evaluation, planning, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of system upgrades and new implementations
• Deliver projects that meet expectations and stay within timelines while ensuring customer acceptance
• Develop and maintain supporting documentation for project design and implementation
• Actively participate and share ideas in team, project, and status meetings
• Maintain expert knowledge in assigned application areas and obtain necessary certifications

• High School Graduate
• Must obtain appropriate Epic application certification within 5 months from the date of hire
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Windows and word processing
• Familiarity with personal computers and their hardware requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of related experience in an applied area
• 1 or more years of experience working with Epic or comparable healthcare informatics systems
