• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems
• Educate healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping products and procedures
• Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping and ablation solutions
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive business growth within assigned territory
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and be available within the assigned territory

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record in technical training assignments
• Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, electrophysiology labs, or medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
