Salary: $80,000 - $115,000+, inclusive of achievable bonus potential!

Requirements:
- Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services
- Previous ABA Experience required

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise Behavior Technicians. Your focus will be on delivering effective ABA therapy, supporting families, and making data‑driven recommendations.
